Hello! I'm level 105, and the quest to unlock King Toot's won't appear no matter how many times I make Lisa play the sax. I've also already unlocked the truffle, so I know I have the pre-requisites...

Check Lisa's job list. There may be 2 tasks to play the sax. If there are, try doing the one you have not been using the required number of times.
