I'm sure it's not 'simply unacceptable'. It comes with the territory and if you don't like it you can find another game to play. EA don't owe you anything..

- Actually, they DO owe us something. We as a whole have spent multimillions of dollars on this game (over 100 million). I haven't been able to log in for 24 hours, and this is far from the first time we've had problems like this.
