I've noticed more than a few posts on this and it concerns me that there is not a resolution or any announcement from EA regarding this issue. I have tried multiple times since 7/10/2014 to upload a gameface to my profile so I can use it on UFC. I have tried from Firefox and Chrome. Deleted cookies, history and even went as far as clearing all cache and doing a DNS flush on my network and I continue to get a "RedirectURL" when I go to Gameface from services or even going directly to www.easports.com/gamefaceI understand that EA has multiple games to troubleshoot and support, but this has gone on for over 5 days for multiple users with the same issue and have expressed concerns regarding this feature that you provide. I was excited to learn that you could do this via EA sports for the whole experience, but find it very disappointing that this hasn't been addressed. Is there any update regarding the redirect issue with Gameface? Any feedback would be great. This is my first post on the EA forums so I apologize if I have not seen a "Solved" post concerning this issue.

So, another day and still the same issues. I am to the point where I will just bypass this feature because of the frustration. It concerns me the lack of attention put into this feature that EA provides for it's fan base. It's painfully obvious that there are many having the issue and this is the perception that EA is giving to it's fan and player base. I will put this into consideration for my next purchase with an EA title. Very disappointing.

We are looking into this issue currently and will post updates as they become available.

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround try the following:

Use the Chrome browser.

Clear the browsers cookies and cache.

Log out and re-log into the EA Sports website.

Note: Players may be required to log in twice and then select the Game Face service to be able to access it.

I am sorry, the last time I tried I was able to get into gameface with some persistence and relogging.

I have just retried and failed to get in no matter what steps I tried.

As we have posted we are aware there are issues with this and we are working to rectify the problems.

Apologies for all of this frustration, we know players are eager to play with their own likeness in the games that should be allowing the use of GameFace.

Then put up a bloody message so we dont have to keep trying if its not working!
I sick of trying and trying and it not working.

yep another day goes by and still NOTHING. EA Barry why not just admit that its broken and you havent a clue what to do. EA Admin keep posting saying they are "working" on it but really? How hard can it be to fix an issue where users cannot login to ea online to create a gameface, and whereby the website just redirects back to the main page every time. Im sure we have all tried clearing cache, history, using different browers etc etc but its still not working. You would think a big games company like EA would get an issue like this fixed ASAP to ensure its customers who purchased their games are able to use main features which the use to sell the game. EA its simply not good enough........cue the excuse response from EA admin.

Heya everyone,

To update you all on Barry's behalf, the web team is working on a resolution. We are seeing some success following the below workaround steps, but we do also realize that this does not work for every one of you. We are determined to find a solution for those of you as well, but unfortunately we do not have a timeline for that at this stage.

Current workaround steps (please note that these are slightly different than the previously given ones):

1. Clear your browser's cache

2. Now visit www.easports.com

3. Click on Sign In (top right corner) and put in your Origin Account Details (This is not your gamertag/PSN ID)

4. Once logged in, go visit www.easports.com/gameface (either by clicking on this link or by typing the URL in manually)
