Add triple monitor support with free Unreal Engine plugin

Yeah I saw that change unfortunately. Very disappointing. It seems like they are very against adding functionality to the game or it's a very low priority. No mention of anything that has been requested; triple support, disable ghosts globally, career randomization, physics, vr improvements.. nothing
