Vote with your wallets people. Do not buy the DLC and change your review to "Negative" on Steam. 

If possible/acceptable to you, request a refund via Steam under the pretense of false advertising/lack of features promised.

I don't even play anymore and just follow to see each update patch notes - looking for the addition we all want/need
