Commercial Licensing Dirt Rally 2.0 / WRC

Disappointing but I understand. Are there any circumstances where esports tournaments i hold at my facility can ever be granted a 1 time promotional or advertising incense on a "per event basis"?

Is there any way for my company to acquire/purchase bulk copies of either of these game titles, at promotional or discounted prices, to use as prizes, gifts, or general sales merch at my facility?
