Ea App says game is not unlocked yet

Hey guys. I bought the game in the presale 4 days ago on the EA app. The EA app litteral says that the game will be unlocked at the 31.10.2023 at 05:00 . We have the 31.10.2023 06:06 and the EA app...

It's fixed...
I needed to uninstall the EA app and install it fresh on a new harddrive.... Now I finally can start playing...

@Bastifly Ok, it must be an issue with the app. May I also ask you to send a ss of what you see when you click manage on the games page?

  @Bastifly Ok thank you. I might not reply for a few hours as Im heading back to bead now but as soon as I wake up Ill let you know what I see versus what you see. Fingers crossed this will be fixed soon

    My Steam game has been saying the same (app cannot unlock yet ... blah blah blah wait until 3 Nov)
    Just a short time ago I exited Steam and rebooted and now it is decompressing from 71gb to 84gb and it say the season 1 vip dlc is installed.
    Hopeful this means now working ... A whole day of early access wasted though because you guys did not properly test and get all your sh*t in one sock ! Bloody frustrating !!!
