EA Play Pro - no VIP Passes?

I've got the same issue, idk maybe it's just not included

As per our webpage, you should have received that. Unfortunately, I am unable to check that. Can you contact Customer Support so they can help you with that?

I pre-ordered via Steam but I didn't receive the 3 livery and clothing packages for the Rally1 teams either.
