I feel EA WRC is better as all DR series since 2015 and earlier. WRC Generations and all their line probably looked good with controller, but steering wheel feeling was awful. And I play rally with steering wheel.

Of course no one wants to talking about the past. We have the brand new EA Sports WRC here. Please move on. ;-) EA WRC, and it isn't even close.
Now, I'm not going to spend all my time ripping on KT Racings games, I played WRC10 and Generations a LOT, they're fun games, I have put over 400 hours into them both, the stages were great, career mode destroyed DR1 and 2 and online leagues in Generations were fantastic.
Physics wise they were just so so mixed, and it's not just driving physics but all aspects. Driving wise, anything other than the R1 cars were just horribly inaccurate, the Rally3 cars are a great example of how awful they could be. The Rally1 cars felt ok, but lacked aggression, it was too easy to drive them on the limit. Everything was so inconsistent.
The stage physics were the worst part though, rocks either didn't interact with the cars at all our would send the car into a physically impossible roll. How things like boost weren't simulated properly, setup changes were pretty pointless, the tyre choices barely mattered.
EA WRC gets a lot right vs Generations. The weight feel of the cars, the throttle response, handbrake feel, suspension response, how the cars interact with the road and stages. Hybrid boost etc. The cars all feel unique and different, the react as you would expect and respond to you as you would want. The Rally1 cars feel intense, fast and difficult to drive on the limit.
