Ghost setting

this is super frustrating now

if you forget to turn it off you have to wait for the restart animation and start again

this needs to be moved into the global options "game settings" and not during the time trial menu

Oh yes, this is super annoying, I would consider this madness a bug/regression as well.

Toggle Ghost On/Off should be mappable to a button.

Would also be nice to have an off set for it, although this might be a bit unfair as it would create someone to "follow" which is not really what rally is about.   

I'll add my vote to this, please give us a global menu option to disable ghots completely. This really can't be that hard to implement - just move the option from the time trial menu to the global one and make it stick.

It's very annoying to have to disable the ghost every single time. I find it highly distracting.

I really hate it! All time, need to start the stage, because before pulling the handbrake, there is no special menu after esc only resume, and then turn off ghost, and restart.

I would like to punch to the display when I forgot this, and start a stage, and see the ghost car. I have no idea anyone like to see a really pixelated ghost car in front.

Still no response to this? It's so annoying! Please let me turn it off permanently.

Why they have made it so more impractical now is a mystery.
You could used to turn off the global ghost option with a single click.

Please fix this.
