While we don't control review copies here on Answers HQ, you could always look into playtesting or registering for the EA Creator Network program.

It is nice in theory, but the WRC was never available on the playtesting "list". Been there few times to
And I have registered for the "Creator Network" like 4 months ago, and my application is still pending. So clearly guys there are not in hurry to move things.
