Load setup from leaderboard

I really enjoyed this feature in F1 2020 and would love to see it in EA WRC.

Feel free to discuss whether leaderboard top times setups should or shouldn't be available to everyone; do you feel it's part of the achievement and should not be shared? In F1, I mostly used e-sports driver's setups that I knew suited my driving style.

It is understandable that some top level players might not want to share this but having it be optional might work.

I think being able to share settings would be great! I'm a fairly casual PS5 player and have a hard time adjusting the tuning with only the basic explanations provided in the menu. It would be great to try other players settings if they chose to share them.

Part of the fun is figuring out how to tame a car through setup changes so that it will work better for your driving style. Copying setups will hinder the enjoyment of players who have not figured out how to do this, as they will not be ironing out weaknesses of cars - in the end players who copy setups would get a lot less enjoyment out of the game as learning the ins and outs of individual cars would not be a feature for them. Copying setups is not a good idea.
