Lost features from DR2

A few features that added to the realism of DR2 have been overlooked in WRC23. 

First is the presence of other vehicles, such as at the time control at the start of a stage and as retired vehicles at the side of the road. 

Second is damageable fences. In DR2, small wooden fence and wire fences could be broken upon contact. Now it seems that they are made from some sort of unbreakable material which, in some case, can be used to gain an advantage.
