Please move the ready button in the lobby tab

I have been trying to join several queues and games don't start because people don't ready up. In my first multiplayer game it took me a bit to realise that the Ready button is in the overview. It should be in the lobby tab or in both tabs, as clearly enough people don't see it.

Also it would be nice to have a timer, if someone doesn't ready up, the game starts anyway.
