Agree, I still have Dirt 2 under my chair on a Xbox 360 and that is the first impression I got from the game yesterday as installed, v1.8 fresh and all.

Are there any graphics settings at all?

I looked in Xbox store, and it does not say 4k at all, so not 4k, but one would expect 1080p, not 720p look.
