Quick list of things I'm finding need work.
- Co-driver callouts, even on the earliest setting, leave you finding out about tight turns when you're already there. Need more options for earlier calls otherwise it'll force everyone to just learn the stages.
- Would be ideal to get clubs back to at least DiRT Rally 1 functionality. No multi-class, no moderated entry to a club and no browser setup of events is a big pain. Any added functionality from DiRT Rally 1 would be nice as well such as single events using stages from multiple locations or multiple seasons available in a single event (to create some tyre decisions on Monte for example).
- 1997-2011 category could do with separating out in to an early and late category.
- A shifting "soft-lock" option would be very good. Something where you can run manual clutch all the time and the game adjusts the sequential/ h-pattern based on the car you're in without having to adjust settings rally by rally.
- The baseline setups on the RWD cars cause pretty intense snap oversteer. It'd be good to have a more relevant and drivable base setup (on all cars). And whilst it's a bug rather than a suggestion, having saved setups load something other than minimum values when you load them on a different stage would be ideal as you can get a setup that's universally better on gravel and want to use that in more than just one place.
- A resource to show the actual steering lock on each car. Never quite sure what you'll get running soft-lock and maximum rotation.
- Showing people's controller/ shifting settings on leaderboards would be ideal as well. Feel as though these things could well change how easy it is to go quickly and it'd be nice to be able to filter by those settings in leaderboards and the like.
I'm sure other stuff will come and a lot of that will already have been mentioned. Hope some or all of the above get addressed to some extent for this game.
