I have the same issue with Amazon and they have said there is no code and I should contact the manufacturer directly.
To be honest I'm not that bothered unless these VIP livery packs include real world liveries at some point.
I too pre-ordered with Amazon. After a lengthy chat with their customer services yesterday, they could find no way of sending out any codes. All they could offer was a partial refund which I accepted.
I pointed out to them that their product page still had the pre-order bonus imagery on it and if they weren't actually supplying the code then it could be seen as false advertising.
im gonna see with the local store , but it seem lot of people got the same probleme
