These are good ideas. I've already felt the game was lacking on immersion, but after starting GT7 a few days back, I really think that with small adjustments, this game should be really better. Like NPCs working on the car in the service park like in Dirt 2.0, heli flying over the track like in GT7 or the random events roadside and the celebration you've mentioned. Some wildlife, more dynamic spectators would also be great.
