Remove seat movement limitations

Please remove the seat movement limitations in cockpit. Many cars are undriveable at the moment as even with the seat fully forward it feels like you are sat in the back seat. I can't drive any of the rally1 cars because of this.

We need to be able to set our preferred FOV and then move the seat as far forward as the dash fills the screen. Having arbitrary seat movement limitations severely impact usability.

We also need to be able to set the FOV for the dash cam and fine tune it's camera position.
