I love gran tourismo on psvr2. I only bought it because it works in VR and it’s amazing. I only play in VR cause it’s just so much better. I’d buy WRC for sure if it was psvr2 compatible, but wouldn’t bother without vr support.
Only AAA games that support PSVR2 are by Sony studios. Big game Developers such as EA don’t make trends they follow them. You won’t see many if any AAA games that are not made by Sony Studios until the likes of EA are confident there are strong margins to be had. So far Sony themselves are disappointed with sales off PSVR2: So for time being no developer of AAA games is going to bother spend time and money developing their games to run on. PSVR2. The success of PSVR2 is down to Sony studios releasing enough AAA games to get more people buying PSVR2. I only use my PS5 and I and many people who also have PS5 have no intention of getting VR. I’m looking at PS store now and 2 AAA games GT7 and Horizon forbidden west. The rest are pretty much gimic games lacking in serious content and gameplay.
Since the 90s VR has been about. Over 30 years later and still it hasn’t gained any noticeable traction. For a simple reason most people don’t like having their sense blocked from what’s around them. To most it’s like being blindfolded and therefore even in the safety off their own homes it still leaves people feeling vulnerable
