RWD cars snap unpredictably

After 1.4.0 I feel no change. RWD cars still snap unpredictably and the slides are not progressive in the slightest.
Although I prefer WRC's general feeling, DR 1 and 2 didn't have this issue and it's sad to see that it hasn't been addressed yet.
While this affects RWD cars the most, AWD cars can also have this problem. FWD cars seem mostly fine and coasting through a turn in others feels alright leading me to believe it is a differential sim issue, even with a pretty open differential this can still happen.
was really hoping they would fix this for the CER rally but havent. Really frustrating because the game has so much potential to be good that they wont make adjustments to the physics. To me, it seems like the transition from grip to no grip is too sharp, it needs to feel gradual, there doesnt seem to be a chance to catch the slide a hold it. I could be completely wrong but it seems like they just need to change a few values int the physics and bang, you have a great game on all surfaces. I'll give it till the next big update to see if they even care about the game and the community and listen to us about making these changes otherwise I have lost complete faith in Codemasters.
The RWD snap loss/regain of grip is quite miserable feeling to drive. There's just no way of holding a nice slide in cars which are famous for going sideways.
However i have found that reducing your steering saturation to around 75% of what you use on other car classes helps a lot to at least catch the slide and prevent a full on spin.
But i agree with an above poster, it feels like the handling model has been skewed towards main it more exciting / engaging to controller users who can correct with the flick of a thumbstick, instead of wheel users who are able to input more fine steering and throttle adjustment but it's slower input (unless you whack down the DOR). Not that i have tried it on controller. That's just how it feels to me
Its bad on controller too sadly.
Rwd default diff lock is too tight I drive most of time all track locks below 20 and some just 10 % I mean drive brake and preloads preloads 5-20 depend how I like drive. Second Come your wheel settings if use all vibratiob suspension etc its messingin your wheel feeling when rear start slipping I use tx base and 330mm rrs wheel settings like thrusmaster drivers all 100 game control centering and boost on then game force are
Self allign torque 55, wheel friction =0, tyre friction =115, suspension =0, tyre slip =0, engine =0 there is sweet spot for me steering wheel feels like real car. Imo suspension engine etc vibration just spoil To feeling what car gonba To do
