Saving club results when there is an internet connection problem

It would be great if the game could save an online result to an encrypted local temporary file in case the internet connection goes down after a club race.

Because sometimes after a club race, the game can't download your race result because of an internet outage, and it acts like you gave up.

Very frustrating...
