Speed Up Quickplay Queues

I think quickplay is a great way to see how you match against players in the world. Though I think for it to stay alive the time it takes from pressing on quickplay and getting to play a match needs to increase drasticly. I think my average waiting period is 4-8 minutes. Which would bring the word ''quick'' in quickplay to question. I think it would help if readying up went faster ( i think most people don't know where the ready up button is as it's hidden on just 1 page which confused me at first as well), as well as speeding up the tuning before a race begins. A system that would deduct a set amount of seconds every time a player presses ready would help with this a lot. Not having to wait for the full 120 seconds before a match begins.
