"Streamer mode" in music options not safe from copyright?

Can someone from EA explain what are they talking about in this topic https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/EA-SPORTS-WRC-Release-Notes/td-p/13145127 where it is said, that if people want to avoid copyright problems with EA WRC on Youtube or Twitch, that they need to completely turn off all music includint the "streamer mode" (which is supposed to avoid copyright problems). So whats the point of streamer mode? Can someone from EA explain the problem in more detail?
And also can someone who does videos / streams on youtube or twitch say if they had some issues, copyright claims or strikes with the streamer mode on? Thanks

    Hey there @Molda-CZ

It seems that YouTube's algorithm sometimes detects the music even in "streamer friendly" mode. This is currently being investigated. For now, it is recommended to disable all music until this issue is fixed.
