T818 Telemetry support

Hey, it would be pretty cool if the game got support for the front facing LEDS on the thrustmaster t818, the older WRC games apparently have this already and it would allow me to turn off the rev counter in the HUD which helps with immersion.

    Yes I agree, it was set for WRC 10, why the hell not for EA WRC?
