What happened to graphics?
You thought we wouldn't notice that half the graphics are gone after this update? It is blurry, it is barren, washed out and strangely bright in places with so dark trees you can't see that it's even...

First of all I think codies is very well aware of the issue :-)
Secondly you need to look at a video to see all the degraded graphics. I’m not an Overlay person so hopefully someone else can provide a video. I have no video/screenshots enabled in games since it’s generally degrade performance.
But I will try to provide something at least. This is a photo I took with my camera on the screen while standing still. In motion it’s even worse.
But still you can see they are washed out and the light parts overexposed. And the graphics look really bad. Just look at the road ahead, how are you supposed to see where the road goes when approaching next corner? It’s just a bright blurry mess and now sign of grass on the hill in the next corner etc. And remember I’m standing still here, in motion it’s even worse. Before patch 1.4.1 this section was razer sharp and perfect with enriched colors and road was not overexposed at all and you could see all the environment including grass perfect.
PC 1440P Ultra on all settings.
Have you tried turning the HDR brightness down? Dropping it down to the 20's makes a huge difference on PS5.
I don't use HDR and please notice, there has been no hardware/software change, this happened when updating to patch 1.4.1, everything was looking perfect before the update when I was on 1.4. All other games still look the same, it's just EA WRC that got this mess after update.
- @MrShield78 Same as you no HDR and game was fine even beautiful after I tweaked it to my liking and now this shock because it's a big difference. Like I said before, I still have a game that is hard to run even more so than before because this game now give me blue screens, full reboots of my pc as before on 1.4 I never crashed not once and the game looked and played perfect. I really feel they need to revert back if they can't sort this out, I don't want to damage my rig because of this game, it's not normal your pc hard reset 3-4 times a day because of a game.
