Well, considering the state they released the game in 3 months ago, I honestly believe they should offer 2024 liveries and drivers as a free DLC, to try and compensate for selling us a half-finished product in the first place.
You can already get all 2024 liveries for free if you're wanna be cheap
No you can't on PS5.
