I've found a bug in career mode, I am at the 4th stage of 9 in japan in the 4wd asphalt legends championship for some reason the first 3 drivers had their whole times reset and they now don't have the time from the previous stages added they only have the time from this stage that I've just finished. This is the first time this happened I don't know how to replicate it
Also this happened when I checked the results after I got to the service park
This game breaking bug is happening nearly all the time.
Had this online with my friend, it would max our previous stages and we would land up last, also won a championship with a clear win but came 8th as 1-7 had times reset
Yep - I created a thread over in reddit for this and a load of people are experiencing the same, if not maybe everyone. Someone identified that the cause seems to be when an AI retires mid-event - the time they did manage to record is scored as the event final time, rather than a DNF. So the result is you will always finish behind X number of AI that are DNF. Very poor, how did this slip through the net!
Cool. It would be handy if this bug was acknowledged by EA, given it is totally game breaking. I've not seen any mention of it in pending fixes yet. And currently can't play career at all without wrongly losing
I have experienced the opposite problem where without any reason the game adds extreme amount of time to your result and you end up last with very big gap to the rest. (for example there is rally wit 2 stages that each take 5 minutes to finish. You and ai do the whole rally around 10 minute close to each other, but the end result of the rally shows you are now suddenly last and your time is like 15 minutes. It happened to me several time and it seems to happen when you use restart. I have only one restart allowed and it happened every time i used him in rally - so it looks like the game adds up the time from the restarted stage (so like you would drive 3 stages instead of 2) so you have time that is much longer then AI.
Same here as well, although it just seems to be at random locations and stages when this happens. Happened to me quite a few times but today I captured some screens. The ai just cliffs for no reason as you can see in the following screenshots.

In short, the bug would be: The AIs who retire from any stage end up getting 00:00:00 time for this stage added and thus become the leaders of the event with minutes of advantage.
