Cant download trial GPU

Question

Hi I'm trying to download the trial for the new WRC game on my xbox series x i have games pass ultimate on my account but when I click on the download free trial it just takes me to the manage subscription page on my xbox? I can't add it to my library as it won't start the download!!! I've contacted xbox support tried trouble shooting hard reset nothing works!

"Hey, had the same problem with Xbox. It didn't work from store, so had to go to "My games &amp; apps" - "Full library" - "EA Play" - "Game trials" and choose it from there and it worked. Hope it helps."
