Can't load Clubs with 2024 Content

I am attempting to take part in a Clubs event, but every time after selecting a car, there is no loading screen and the game locks me to the Service Area menu but without changing the background 'scene' from the main menu. I can use directional buttons to cycle through the menu options but cannot select any. Nor can I even hit Quit, meaning I have to then forcibly close the game.

I'm assuming this is due to the 2024 content included in the Club I want to run (Monte Carlo) as the official WRC Club worked fine on Sweden JWRC. 

The pack itself works fine as I can run time trials and complete Moments using the Le Maestros cars and stages without issue. It's just Clubs the issue. Ideally want a fix ASAP to complete the Club event!!!
