Can't play Moments

Hi. I can't play any Moments, I'm getting a screen that says "Failed to connect - Unable to connect to EA servers, make sure the platform client is online" (screenshot in attachment) The link shown doesn't give any pointers for solving this problem. My internet connection is OK, I have no connectivity problems but this one, already restarted the router and the computer. Two weeks ago I tried to play a Moment, this error happened but I ignored it thinking it would be a one-time occurrence. Please help.
