Cant start ea sports wrc - ps5

This has been going on since the latest update the other day. I cant even start the game, and when I click "more info" I'm told to either unplug and restart my console , try to update the console via wifi or update via a USB drive. None work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Has this even happened to anyone else?
