corrupted save file - another one

Hi,

while playing the solo championship, I restarted the ride, then a message appeared that the save file was corrupt. Can I get it back somehow or do I have to create a new profile and all my saves, my own car livery and all progress will be lost forever? I play on Vanila game (from EA App-not STEAM).

I'm reporting this as a game issue because losing all your progress is very irritating and makes the game pointless.

Edit:

I checked Folder Save Game/Profil but nothing there. So I create new profil Data, and my hours of work on livery just lost. All my championship template lost, everythings gone. THX EA for that.

If there so many probles with file coruption, why EA will not protect files and do save game in cloud or make a program to backups profil files after run game?

Is there a chance to recover my old profil (from 01.12.2023)? If not, which files should I backup to recover the profile in the future if it gets corrupted? Is there any other way to protect files agains damage?

    During the championship in solo mode I changed the brightness level in the menu, then I received a message that the save file had corrupted. When I restarted the game, it asked me to create a new profile. Once again I lost hours of work on the livery editor and the my entire championship template just gone. Doing anything in this game is pointless.

    I would be grateful if you could restore my profile file from 21.12.2023.
