For me, this is the only game that has happened so far. I don't have any other EA games on Steam.
I think I may not be the only unlucky person with this problem. I love this series. Hope your team can find the cause of the problem soon, I can cooperate with you to do testing.

If that is the case, can you select the option of "remove content and continue" and see if this fixes your issues with the saves?

yes, I just selected “Remove content and continue” option. Hope it will fix my problem. Let me check on the other computer tomorrow to see if the same problem will occur. Thanks
