Crossplay prefence switched to "off"

So I've gone to run my club for this week and my crossplay option is greyed out and switched to "off" - I've confirmed that my xbox is switched to crossplay and loaded up and confirmed crossplay works on other games.

Have I missed something? Or us there a known issue with the new update
