Thanks, just saw another post where updating Nvidia graphics driver to 561.09 solved his issue. Trying that now.

  @Stretch1951 Have you tried a clean install? (uninstall drivers with an utility like DDU, reinstall)

    I always do a clean install using the Nvidia installer. I did not use DDU for this particular graphics driver update. I am convinced the issue is related to the last WRC game update that "broke" EA Anti-Cheat so it will not start and thus WRC will not load either. I also have two laptops that I tried downloading and installing the EA App and WRC with the same result.
