EA Play via GamePass Ultimate doesn't unlock Moments on PC

Summarize your bug I have a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which gives me access to EA Play. I'm playing EA Sports WRC on PC via Steam, but the Moments specifically for EA Play are still locked for me.

@Bakiron It is confirmed by PJ of Codemasters in the official EA Sports WRC Discord server.
Unfortunately, this platform limitation had earned a lots of dislikes from some server members.
