EA Sports WRC on Playstation

Can someone please clarify is EA Sports WRC is now included in EA Play on Playstation or not? I saw announcements that WRC is now included in EA Play. When I open my Playstation Store, it shows up ...

    WRC is not currently included in an EA Play subscription.

    Please attempt to get the game via the console store rather than the web store.
