EA WRC not starting after 1.9 patch
At Steam, it shows the ea wrc mini splash screen and then it just comes back to the green PLAY button again.

Could you try to run the game and EA app as administrator?
Also, if this doesn't solve the issue, could you do a clean install of the game?
