Export Racenet wrc player

Good evening I am organizing a competition on the game. For this I have to use the racenet export function. Unfortunately I have several competitors whose name goes back with the name WRC PLAYER. We looked at all the privacy settings and all the settings in the game are identical to mine that works. Have you ever had this kind of problem

Cross Platform Play: "Toggles Cross Platform Play for Quick Play Multiplayer 'On' of 'Off'."
    - Also applies to club accessibility. "Off" hides all clubs in-game. If you click on the club page, it will show: "To create and join more Clubs, login to your EA account at racenet.com, or by scanning this QR code."

Ghost Sharing: "Toggles ghost sharing 'On or 'Off' in Time Trial mode. When set to 'Off', other players will not be able to download your ghost.
    - Also applied to club ghost viewing.
    - Does not function "at all" as of 12th Feb '25. Confirmed working in May '24.

User Generated Content: "Changes whether user created liveries are visible in Quick Play Multiplayer".
    - Also applies to Club names. "Hidden" defaults all club names to "WRC Club".

Clubs Data Sharing: "Toggles Clubs Data Sharing between 'Allowed' or 'Not Allowed'.
When set to Allowed, if Club data is exported it will include your Championship time, points and your EA Account ID.
When set to Not Allowed, then only your Championship time and points will be exported and your EA Account ID will be hidden."
    - "Not Allowed" = EA Account ID in CSV would become "WRC Player".
    - Does not function "at all" as of 12th Feb '25. Confirmed working in May '24.

TL;DR: Unsure when, but an update to either the game or to racenet broke the link to both, meaning certain settings above simply don't work.
