Fanatec DD+ Xtreme not recognized

Hi, I received my DD+ with GT Extreme wheel a few days ago, but the game doesn't recognize the wheel and I can't play, in the settings it doesn't display the wheel and doesn't receive any input, I can't navigate the menus or change gear while driving, the base is seen by the game, but as if it were a DD Pro, does anyone know if the game will be updated? And when? Do you know if the new FullForce will also be added? It would be great, but I would be happy to be able to play

    Hello !! Same problem here , just bought the fanatec extreme dd wheel and i can’t even launch the game. The button « x » to start is not recognized.

    is there an update coming to solve this ?

    The problem is that by not recognizing it, various buttons such as pausing the game cannot be mapped.

    This already happened in the first month of launch with the FANATEC DD PRO base and several compatible steering wheels.

    If you accelerate and turn but several buttons do not work, you cannot pause the game, make repairs in the race, reset the car on the track, etc.

    I pray that in future updates they include the DD EXTREME ring! Thank you

    The base is seen as DD Pro, the problem is the wheel, I tried with the McLaren wheel and it works, but it is not suitable for rallying, it is uncomfortable to use.

    I thought the programmers had the base to work with first, I can understand the FullForce, but the rest not. I hope I don't have to wait too long to use this new steering wheel.

    I think it will be GT7.

    I think it will take a while before they implement full force.

    Have u tried to set it up as DDPro?? 
    As I got my dd+ it was recognised as DDPro and everything was working, but that was probably because I had the DDPro before and had to play a little with the settings to get it working as I wanted it, Fanatec Blog was helpful. 

    I’m not sure but I think as it’s a very new base it will take a while for publishers to implement it because they have to test it before they release it and as everybody else they had to wait to get their hands on their bases. 

    some guy from fanatec mentioned that the first game that releases a full force patch will be iracing in march and others will follow. But it takes its time.
