Fanatec H pattern not working on xbox series x after most recent update

Anyone else having an issue with the game not recognizing H pattern fanatec. I am aware of the workaround. This however no longer works after the most recent update. Once I complete reboot and switch settings to h pattern in the menu I have no ffb or pedal response until I switch everything back to sequential. Game then functions as normal.  Be really nice to use everything as it's intended...

Any ideas?
