Fanatec Rally Module Compatibility

As the title says, compatibility with the Podium Rally Module needs to be improved. In the current version it isn't possible to use it in the menu at all.

I bought the Monte Carlo wheel mostly for this game and find this specially disappointing since it is a wheel available on the builder mode and of course its the actual wheel of the Puma Rally1. To fix this either let us rebind menu navigation or create a preset for the module.
