Friend times not generating on time trial menu

Lately friend times are not generating on the time trial main menu - only personal times and stages without times are generating. Usually any faster friend times pop up first. It’s a hassle to search...

It’s Racenet. I’m logged in but clubs, tts, lobbies not coming on in game on XBX. Trying reinstall

So that didn’t work. Signed in on phone to racenet, but game showing no clubs, friend tts or lobbies at all. Racenet is being a £&@“. Any pointers?
