G920 Lost all FFB. Wheel feels heavy and sluggish

Not sure if this is a logitech problem or a WRC problem but after the last logitech firmware update there is no force feedback in WRC. the wheel just feels very heavy and sluggish. Cannot make quick adjustments to the wheel.

I have tested the wheel in other games such as Automobilista 2, R Factor 2 and iRacing and it feels fine

I have tried reinstalling Logitech G HUB multiple times and it has not done anything

Has anyone else had a similar problem and any ideas how to fix this?
