I had the same error a few times. Removing my GPU AND CPU undervolt has made the error dissapear...for now...
For me forcing dx11 worked (add startup parameter -force - dx11). Now I only get >> Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xXXXXXXXXXX a few minutes into the game... I'm running on a 2080ti FYI.
