There's no windows crash events, it just dies, i've made a ticket and they closed it with no fix, should I just try to get a refund? I put 200 hours into t his, how do i get authorization on steam?

is support shuttered for EAWRC already? I have crashing problems on windows 10 and not my windows 11 laptop. I contacted support and they just made and closed the issue with no fix.
