Game will not launch! Tried everything

Hi, about a few weeks ago I turned on EA WRC and it worked great. I then last week went back on the game and it would not start. There has been no updates - literally nothing has changed!

I press play on steam and get the splash screen. It goes away and then steam goes back to the green play button. Nothing happens.

I have dug out every forum and reddit post that you could imagine and nothing works.

I've reinstalled the game about 50 times

Restarted computer

Updated drivers

Changed file OpenXR to OpenXRback

Fiddled with EA AntiCheat to get it to start (updated, repaired, reinstalled)

Ran the game as administrator

The only thing I have not done is moved my game from my D drive to my C drive (not enough space)

I am completely clueless on what to do, is there anything someone could suggest?
