Yes, it seems like the basegame is missing, although we should have got it with the purchase. Hoping for a solution soon.

I have the same problem with EA WRC 24 launch from Epic Games launcher, any solution yet ?
Just ask for a refund; it has been two months, and no solution has been provided yet. That's what I did—I'll just keep playing WRC Generations instead
