same here, I also can't download. Hoping desperately for EA help ...

I also tried to create a new epic games account and EA account, same there.  ☹️

i just got an email from ea saying they are awere of this problem and their trying to "fix" it and be pacient so aperently its an ea problem and i doubt there is no base game in the 24 bundle 🙂
